What does the IonChi Ionic Foot Bath do?
The bio-electric charge produced by the IonChi resonates throughout the water which will re-balance energy meridians and raise the bio-electrical potential of the body at a cellular level and can serve as a non-invasive and effective wellness treatment, enhancing and amplifying the body’s ability to heal.
How do toxins build up?
Cells in our body produce something called bio-energy. When our body is in good health this energy is abundant, and the body's natural processes of healing and detoxification are efficient. If we become sick or get overly stressed, our body still faces a continuous attack of toxins every day. As a result, our cells are affected and the bio-energy level is dramatically reduced. When this happens, our cells will not be able to function at their best and discharge toxins efficiently.
How does the IonChi Ionic Foot Bath make you detox?
The IonChi machine help your body on a cellular level so your body can detoxify itself naturally and more effectively. It uses the natural bio-energy to motivate the body so that it can resume its self-detoxification processes and help rebalance the energy levels in the body. This is why it will leave you feeling refreshed.
How long should I have a treatment for?
In an adult body, the cycle of blood and lymph system takes approximately 20 minutes for one complete cycle. Therefore, to stay on the machine for less than 20 minutes would not be harmful in any way, but would not be completely beneficial either. This cycle is less for children, and the recommended treatment times reflect this. Full 30 minutes treatments are recommended for adults..
Is the water color change due to materials being pulled through the pores of the feet?
The color change is a side effect of the process of ionization. It is caused by electrifying stainless steel in the array and that array coming into contact with the salt in the bath water. The ionization process causes the material on the array to break down and be released into the foot bath water and it causes the water and the minerals in the salt themselves to be shown in the water in the form of a brownish color.
Do not be fooled by companies claiming that their machine is actually pulling toxins through the pores of your feet. Do not be fooled by any company that shows a color chart outlining what different colors mean to your health and your body’s natural detoxification processes.
Who should NOT use the IonChi?
If an individual has been quite sick, we recommend that he or she should go through the process at a slower pace. Age 15-50 can use every other day for two weeks and then take a two week break. Persons 50+ should use the IonChi every third day for two weeks and take off for two weeks.
Ionic Foot Baths are NOT recommended for:
- People with pacemakers or using a heartbeat regulating device or medicine
- People who have had an organ transplant *People who suffer from psychotic episodes, seizures
- People with epilepsy
- During pregnancy or lactating
- Blood pressure problems
- Open wounds
- Children under the age of 5 years old
