The Science of the IonChi™ Ion Foot Bath

It all begins with water - H20

A water molecule is composed of 2 hydrogen atoms and 1 oxygen atom. When the water molecule loses a hydrogen atom, the remaining OH molecule takes on a negative charge. These negatively charged ions are absorbed into the body and alkalize the blood and tissue.

An ion is a charged atom that has gained or lost an electron which creates a magnetic field capable of attaching to and neutralizing oppositely charged particles. These neutralized particles are then expelled from the body by a process called osmosis.

Osmosis
